Manager of professional pension plans

The position of Gestionnaire en prévoyance professionnelle involves the independent management of a portfolio of companies in the field of occupational pension provision, as well as customer support and the handling of tasks related to occupational pension provision. The ideal candidate will have commercial training and experience in occupational pension provision.

Job description

Tasks

  • Autonomous management of a portfolio of companies within AVENA - Fondation BCV 2. Pilier, in accordance with regulatory and legal provisions
  • Informing clients (insured persons, insurers, and employers) about all aspects of pension provision
  • Handling all tasks related to the occupational pension plans of insured persons, from registration to termination (home ownership promotion, divorce in occupational pension plans, surrender, pensions, etc.)
  • Handling of incapacity for work in coordination with the foundation's insurance companies
  • Carrying out annual closing procedures, in particular coordination between technical and accounting management
  • Monitoring the payment of premiums charged to employers and managing the dispute resolution process

Requirements

  • Commercial training with proven experience in occupational pension provision (federal diploma as a specialist in pension or social insurance management is an advantage)
  • Rigor, organization, communication skills and service orientation
  • Perfect command of French, very good knowledge of German (at least C1), English is an advantage
