Manager of professional pension plans
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking a Professional Pension Fund Manager for its Asset Management and Trading Division to manage a portfolio of companies in the occupational pension sector and advise clients on all aspects of pension planning. The ideal candidate will have a business background, experience in occupational pension planning, and be fluent in French and German.

Vos missions principales :- independently manage a portfolio of member companies within AVENA - Foundation, in accordance with regulatory and legal provisions,
- inform customers (insured persons and employers) about all aspects of pension provision,
- handle all matters related to the occupational pension plans of insured individuals, from the time they join the plan until they leave (homeownership assistance, divorce, occupational pension plans, pension buy-ins, retirement, etc.),
- treating incapacities for work in coordination with the Foundation's reinsurer,
- perform annual closing tasks, including reconciliations between technical and accounting management,
- monitor the collection of contributions invoiced to employers and manage the dispute procedure.
Requirements
Votre profil :- Commercial training with proven experience in occupational pension provision (federal certificate as a specialist in pension provision or social insurance management is an advantage)
- rigor, organization, interpersonal skills, and sense of service
- fluency in French and German
