Manager of professional pension plans

Tasks

• Independently manage a portfolio of member companies within AVENA - BCV Foundation 2nd Pillar, in accordance with regulatory and legal provisions
• Provide information to clients (policyholders and employers) on all aspects of pension planning
• handle all matters related to the occupational pension plans of insured individuals, from the time they join the plan until they leave (homeownership assistance, divorce and its impact on occupational pension plans, pension buy-ins, retirement, etc.)
• handle cases of incapacity for work in coordination with the Foundation’s reinsurer
• complete the year-end closing tasks, including reconciliations between technical and accounting systems
• track the collection of contributions billed to employers and manage the dispute resolution process

Requirements

• Commercial training with proven experience in occupational pension provision (federal certificate as a specialist in pension provision or social insurance management is an advantage)
• rigor, organization, interpersonal skills, and sense of service
• fluency in French and German
