Tasks

Vos missions principales :

• independently manage a portfolio of member companies within AVENA - Foundation, in accordance with regulatory and legal provisions,
• inform customers (insured persons and employers) about all aspects of pension provision,
• assume all tasks related to the occupational pension plans of insured persons, from their affiliation to their departure (encouragement of home ownership, divorce in occupational pension plans, buy-back, retirement, etc.),
• treating incapacities for work in coordination with the Foundation's reinsurer,
• perform annual closing tasks, including reconciliations between technical and accounting management,
• monitor the collection of contributions invoiced to employers and manage the dispute procedure.

Requirements

Votre profil :

• Commercial training with proven experience in occupational pension provision (federal certificate as a specialist in pension provision or social insurance management is an advantage)
• rigor, organization, interpersonal skills, and sense of service
• fluency in French and German
