Manager of professional pension plans
The Occupational Pension Plan Manager is responsible for the independent management of a portfolio of companies and advises clients on all matters related to occupational pension plans. The position requires a thorough understanding of occupational pension plans and strong communication skills.
Job description
Vos missions principales :- independently manage a portfolio of member companies within AVENA - Fondation, in accordance with regulatory and legal provisions,
- inform customers (insured persons and employers) about all aspects of pension provision,
- assume all tasks related to the occupational pension plans of insured persons, from their affiliation to their departure (encouragement of home ownership, divorce in occupational pension plans, buy-back, retirement, etc.),
- handle cases of incapacity for work in coordination with the Foundation's insurer,
- complete the year-end closing tasks, including reconciliations between technical and accounting records,
- monitor the collection of contributions invoiced to employers and manage the dispute procedure.
Requirements
Votre profil :- Commercial training with proven experience in occupational pension provision (federal certificate as a specialist in pension provision or social insurance management is an advantage)
- rigor, organization, interpersonal skills, and sense of service
- fluency in French and German
