Manager of professional pension plans
The role of Occupational Pension Fund Manager involves independently managing a portfolio of companies and assisting clients with all aspects of occupational pension planning. The ideal candidate will have a business background, experience in occupational pension planning, and strong communication skills in French and German.
Tasks
- Independently manage a portfolio of member companies within AVENA - BCV Foundation 2nd Pillar, in accordance with regulatory and legal provisions
- Provide information to clients (policyholders and employers) on all aspects related to pension planning
- Handle all tasks related to the occupational pension plans of insured individuals, from the time they enroll until they leave the plan (homeownership incentives, divorce and occupational pension plans, pension buy-ins, retirement, etc.)
- Handle cases of work disability in coordination with the Foundation's auditor
- Complete the year-end closing tasks, including reconciliations between technical and accounting records
- Track the collection of contributions billed to employers and manage the dispute resolution process
Requirements
- Commercial training with proven experience in occupational pension provision (federal certificate in pension provision management or social insurance is an advantage)
- Rigorous, organized, good interpersonal skills, and service-oriented
- Fluent in French and German
