Manager of professional pension plans
BCV is looking for a Gestionnaire en prévoyance professionnelle to manage a portfolio of companies in the occupational pension sector and advise clients on all aspects of pension provision. The ideal candidate will have commercial training, experience in occupational pensions, and strong communication skills in French, German, and English.
Vos missions principales
- Independently manage a portfolio of member companies within AVENA - BCV 2nd Pillar Foundation, in accordance with regulatory and legal provisions.
- Providing information to customers (insured persons and employers) on all aspects of pension provision,
- Perform all tasks related to the occupational pension plans of insured persons, from their enrollment to their departure (home ownership assistance, divorce in occupational pension plans, buyouts, retirement, etc.).
- Treating incapacities for work in coordination with the Foundation's insurance policies,
- Perform year-end closing tasks, including reconciliations between technical and accounting management.
- Monitor the collection of contributions invoiced to employers and manage the dispute procedure.
Votre profil
- Commercial training with proven experience in occupational pension provision (federal certificate in pension provision management or social insurance is an advantage)
- Rigorous, organized, good interpersonal skills, and service-oriented
- Perfect command of French, very good knowledge of German (C1 minimum), English is an asset.
