BCV is seeking a Building Services Manager who will be responsible for supervising and coordinating technical activities at its headquarters and who has experience in technical building management. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and experience in technical building management in the tertiary sector.

- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities at our headquarters
- Management of technical facilities (air conditioning, electricity, plumbing, etc.)
- Planning and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance measures
- Budget management and optimization of operating costs
- Collaborating with external service providers and internal teams to ensure plant performance
- Ensuring compliance with the bank's security and quality standards
- Participation in the on-call service
- Technical support for project managers in real estate and infrastructure
- Definition and implementation of corrective measures based on technical expertise of the systems
- Analysis of energy consumption to identify potential malfunctions and make suggestions for improvement
- Implementation of technological monitoring
Profile recherché
- Degree in engineering, facility management, and maintenance or a similar field (at least CFC with relevant experience)
- Proven experience in technical management in the tertiary sector or an advantage
- Project management and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills with a strong customer focus
- Good knowledge of IT tools
- Residence in Switzerland required
