BCV is seeking a Building Services Manager who will be responsible for supervising and coordinating technical activities at its headquarters and who has experience in technical building management. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and experience in technical building management in the tertiary sector.

Responsabilités

  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities at our headquarters
  • Management of technical facilities (air conditioning, electricity, plumbing, etc.)
  • Planning and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance measures
  • Budget management and optimization of operating costs
  • Collaborating with external service providers and internal teams to ensure plant performance
  • Ensuring compliance with the bank's security and quality standards
  • Participation in the on-call service
  • Technical support for project managers in real estate and infrastructure
  • Definition and implementation of corrective measures based on technical expertise of the systems
  • Analysis of energy consumption to identify potential malfunctions and make suggestions for improvement
  • Implementation of technological monitoring

Profile recherché

  • Degree in engineering, facility management, and maintenance or a similar field (at least CFC with relevant experience)
  • Proven experience in technical management in the tertiary sector or an advantage
  • Project management and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills with a strong customer focus
  • Good knowledge of IT tools
  • Residence in Switzerland required
