Central File Manager

The Valais Cantonal Bank is seeking a Central File Manager who will be responsible for the internal management of customer files and for ensuring data quality through analysis and monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a business background and experience in banking, as well as strong analytical skills and a high degree of trustworthiness.

Tasks

As a Central File Manager, you will use your analytical and oversight skills to ensure seamless coordination with the various departments. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Sorting, reviewing, and validating documentation related to customer accounts (openings, changes) in accordance with the guidelines.
  • Managing all credit card-related activities in coordination with the consultants and the service provider.
  • Analysis of files related to new accounts or changes involving individuals residing in Switzerland and abroad, corporations, estates, and guardianships, as well as other specific clients.
  • Enforcement of policies and processes through active and rigorous management of open cases.
  • Supporting customer service representatives and fostering constructive dialogue to achieve win-win outcomes.

Requirements

This position is suitable for you if:
  • You have completed a business education program (CFC, Maturität) and have several years of experience in banking.
  • You are a trustworthy person, have a good sense of confidentiality, and your analytical skills contribute to your autonomy.
  • You speak French fluently, have a good command of German (a plus), and use computer tools as part of your daily work.
  • You have good social skills and a positive attitude.
