Gestionnaire français/italien Prestations Accidents (h/f/x)

Job description

Tasks

• Assurer la gestion complète des dossiers accidents du portefeuille attribué
• Traiter les ouvertures de sinistres et les correspondances liées aux dossiers
• Gérer le traitement et établir le suivi complet des dossiers, y compris les décisions
• Collaborer avec nos clients ainsi que les différents services de support interne
• Soumettre certains cas au médecin-conseil
• Payer les frais médicaux ainsi que les indemnités journalières

Requirements

• Bachelor en droit or equivalent education with a strong interest in insurance
• Perfect command of French and Italian, both orally and in writing
• Very good knowledge of the usual computer tools (MS Office)
• Good resilience, effective priority management and adherence to deadlines
