Vested Benefits Administrator - 80%

Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking a Vested Benefits Manager (80%) for its Private Banking division who has experience in the field of retirement planning and advises clients on their rights and options. The ideal candidate has a background in banking or business and several years of experience in retirement planning.

Vos missions

  • determine eligibility for retirement, disability, death, or cash benefits,
  • inform customers and customer service representatives about the specific legal provisions governing accounts, their personal circumstances regarding these benefits, and the decisions made regarding their entitlement to benefits,
  • manage relationships with other stakeholders in the field, such as pension funds, notaries, or tax authorities,
  • promote cross-selling by informing customers of potential solutions, particularly in bancassurance, and by connecting them with the appropriate customer advisors,

Votre profil

  • banking or business training; a higher education qualification, such as a federal certificate as a specialist in social insurance or employee benefits, is a plus,
  • several years of experience in the field of pension planning, with a good understanding of the 2nd and/or 3rd pillars,
  • Pragmatic, proactive, thorough, and dedicated, with an analytical mind and strong interpersonal skills,
  • Fluency in French; knowledge of German or English is a plus,
