Position Manager - Department Head
BCV is seeking an experienced team leader for position management who will oversee daily operations, optimize performance metrics, and manage strategic projects in the payments sector. The ideal candidate will have a background in banking, proven leadership experience, and excellent proficiency in French and English.
Vos missions
- actively participate in day-to-day team activities, following the procedures specific to each position,
- Implement, analyze, and optimize service performance metrics (statistics) and take all corrective and IT measures available to the business, as well as follow the technical and legal guidelines and rules specific to the tasks assigned to you. Actively monitor specific situations and legal and business developments to propose and implement improvement measures;
- Participate in managing transactions within the Day-to-Day Operations Department, including both the bank’s strategic projects and those related to the management of customer payment transactions subject to OBA-CDB regulations, while adhering to the legal and technical constraints (internal and external) specific to the department.
Votre profil
- education related to the banking sector,
- Proven experience in a similar position and the ability to work independently while ensuring operational safety,
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management,
- leadership, a high degree of autonomy, and a sense of responsibility,
- Excellent command of French; English at the B1/C1 or C2 level; and German would be a plus.
