Tasks

The various tasks that await you:

• Sort and prioritize incoming mail
• Manage cases independently and proactively until they are closed, including:
  • open claims files
  • analyze the facts
  • request additional documents or supporting documents in the event of an incomplete declaration
  • examine the coverage and calculate the amount of benefits due
  • issue a payment order
• Answer customer questions (written or verbal) about reimbursed and/or non-reimbursed services.
• Be in contact with our consulting veterinarian and veterinary practices or clinics.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a veterinary assistant, whose native language is French and who has knowledge of German (min. B1).
