Animalia Benefits Manager in Charge of Dog and Cat Insurance (m/f/x)

Vaudoise is seeking one or two insurance claims adjusters for dog and cat insurance (80–100%) who have completed training as a veterinary assistant (EFZ) and are native French speakers. The position involves independently handling claims, advising customers, and prioritizing incoming mail in a hybrid work environment.

Job Description

  • To strengthen our Animalia team, which provides our clients with high-quality dog and cat insurance services, we are looking for a Claims Manager (m/f/x) to work 80–100% of full time.
  • Starting in the first few months of the training program, we offer you two months of comprehensive in-person training, and financial assistance is available for housing (or related expenses).
  • Afterward, you can work at the Vaudoise Assurances branch nearest to you or at our offices in Bern (for those who live far away).

missions

  • Sorting and Prioritizing Incoming Mail
  • Independently and proactively manage claims through to their resolution, including: opening claims files, requesting additional documents or supporting evidence in the event of an incomplete claim, analyzing and calculating the amount of benefits due, and finally authorizing payment
  • Answer customer questions (written or verbal) about covered and/or non-covered services in consultation with our veterinary advisor and veterinary practices or clinics

Profile recherché

  • Holder of a CFC in Veterinary Medicine Assistant
  • Native French speaker with knowledge of German (at least B1 level)
  • Independent and dynamic
  • Good analytical skills
  • Comfortable managing priorities and deadlines
