Animalia Benefits Manager in Charge of Dog and Cat Insurance (m/f/x)

Position and Location

• Animalia Benefits Manager responsible for dog and cat insurance (m/f/x) 80-100%
• Hybrids
• Switzerland
• The first two months of training take place at our office in Bern (the employer covers the costs).
• You will then be based in Biel (for those who live far away, financial assistance is available for housing), where you will work either at the Vaudoise Assurances branch closest to you or at our offices in Bern and Lausanne.

Tâches

• Sort and prioritize incoming mail
• Independently and proactively manage claims from start to finish, including: opening claims files, estimating damages, requesting additional documents or supporting evidence in the event of an incomplete claim, recording claims, cataloging documents, reviewing and verifying coverage files, calculating the amount of benefits due, and finally, authorizing payment
• Answer customers' questions (written or verbal) about covered and/or non-covered services
• Maintain close contact with our consulting veterinarian and veterinary practices or clinics

Requirements

• Certificate of Qualification as a Veterinary Medical Assistant
• Langue maternelle française
• Very good knowledge of German (at least B1)
• Autonomous and dynamic profile
• Good analytical skills
• Comfortable managing priorities and complex cases
