Job description
Tasks
- Trier and prioritizing incoming correspondence
- Autonomous and proactive management of dossiers through to liquidation, including:
- Opening damage dossiers
- Analysis of facts
- Requesting additional documents or receipts for incomplete declarations
- Review of cover and calculation of benefits owed
- Issuing payment instructions
- Answering customer queries (written or verbal) regarding reimbursed and non-reimbursed services
- Contact with our veterinary advisor and veterinary practices or clinics
Requirements
- Apprenticeship qualification as an assistant in veterinary medicine
- Mother tongue French
- German language skills (at least B1)
- Autonomy, dynamism, good analytical skills and experience in managing priorities and deadlines
