Tasks
- Complete and autonomous management of dossiers relating to loss of earnings compensation in the event of illness
- Application of the general terms and conditions of insurance
- Assessment of the right to compensation
- Collaboration with care managers, medical consultants and various internal services
- Involvement of external expertise
- Telephone conversations with insured persons and customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, economics or an equivalent title
- Native speaker of French, very good knowledge of Italian (at least level B2)
- Very good knowledge of common computer applications (MS Office)
- Autonomous and proactive, with the ability to organize work, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Curious and conscientious, with a love of learning, communicating and working together
