Gestionnaire prestations perte de gain maladie (h/f/x)
Vaudoise is seeking an experienced claims adjuster in Lausanne to independently process claims for sick pay benefits in the personal insurance division (80–100%). The ideal candidate has at least three years of professional experience, a Federal Certificate in Insurance, and a good command of Italian.

The Context
- To strengthen our Personal Insurance Department, which provides our clients with high-quality claims management services, we are seeking a Claims Manager responsible for processing claims for loss of earnings due to illness within the assigned portfolio. Between 80% and 100% of full-time hours, in total!
The missions that await you
- Ensure the comprehensive and independent management of cases involving loss of earnings due to illness, update case files, compile documents, and make decisions regarding reimbursement and any reinstatement;
- Collaborate with care managers, medical advisors, the medical department, and various internal departments;
- Enter the reimbursement data into the system;
- Maintain contact with clients and/or their attorneys and other relevant parties.
Votre profil
- A federal insurance certification or equivalent training, and 3 years of experience in the field of benefits/claims management in personal insurance.
- Proficiency in Italian (minimum level B2); knowledge of English is preferred
- Proficiency in common computer programs (Word, Excel, M365, Outlook)
- Manage complex cases comprehensively and independently, analyze situations, and make precise decisions without external guidance, while adhering to priorities and maintaining your ability to communicate clearly with various stakeholders?
