Vaudoise is looking for a Gestionnaire Prestations Perte de Gain Maladie (m/f/x) for a 12-month contract with an 80-100% workload in Lausanne to take over the management of Perte de Gain Maladie files. The successful candidate will be responsible for the autonomous management of files, the application of insurance conditions, and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Tasks

The various missions that await you:

Ensure the complete and independent management of lost earnings due to illness cases in the assigned portfolio
Apply the general insurance terms and conditions
Assessing entitlement to daily compensation benefits
Collaborate with care managers, medical advisors, and various internal departments
Implement external expertise
Conducting telephone interviews with policyholders and customers

Requirements

What makes you unique:

Vocational Baccalaureate
Native French speaker with a very good command of Italian (minimum level B2)
Très bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques usuels (MS Office)
