Gestionnaire prestations perte de gain maladie (h/f/x)
Vaudoise is looking for a Gestionnaire prestations perte de gain maladie (80-100%) in Lausanne, who will be responsible for the autonomous management of health insurance files. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in the insurance sector and be fluent in French and Italian.
Tasks
The tasks that await you:- Ensure the complete and autonomous management of the loss of earnings dossiers of the attributed portfolio.
- Appliquer les conditions générales d'assurances.
- Évaluer le droit aux prestations indemnisées journalières.
- Collaborate with the Care Managers, the medical consultants and the various internal services.
- Mettre en Ĺ“uvre des expertises externes.
- Conduct telephone conversations with insurers and clients.
Requirements
Your profile:- Brevet fédéral en assurances ou formation jugée équivalente.
- Practical experience of at least 3 years in the field of pensions / social security in personal insurance.
- Native French speaker with a very good command of Italian (minimum level B2)
- Très bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques usuels (MS Office).
