Claims Manager - in the property and casualty insurance sectors

Vos missions

• Manage client files in the assigned portfolio
• Open the files of the registries, ensure the follow-up of the correspondence and manage the telephonic exchanges
• Process, track, and approve payments for fees, including the insurance premium
• Instruire et suivre les sinistres, tant matériels que corporels
• Analyze the cases and evaluate the responsibilities with regard to the law
• Work closely with the various internal departments and agencies in our network
• Strictly enforce the partners' general insurance terms and conditions, and provide technical support

Profile recherché

• Training at the CFC level, supplemented by several years of experience in a similar position, and a federal certificate as an insurance specialist in property insurance
• Significant experience in managing property and casualty insurance claims
• Proficiency in common computer software (MS Office)
• Fluent in French, both spoken and written
• Ability to work independently when interacting with others
