Vaudoise is looking for a Gestionnaire Prestations Sinistres (h/f/x) for the Prestations Département P&C division, responsible for the polyvalent management of insurance claims. The ideal candidate will have experience in claims management and provide excellent customer service.
Job description
Gestionnaire Prestations Sinistres (h/f/x) - 80-100%
Tasks
- Gérer les dossiers clients du portefeuille attribué
- Open the files of the registries, ensure the follow-up of the correspondence and manage the telephonic exchanges
- Traiter, suivre et valider les paiements des frais, et compris la prise de décision
- Instruire et suivre les sinistres, tant matériels que corporels
- Analyze the cases and evaluate the responsibilities with regard to the law
- Gérer les recours contre les tiers et en assurer le suivi
- Apply rigorously the general conditions of insurance
- Collaborate closely with the various internal services and partners, as well as providing technical support to the agencies in our network
Requirements
- Training at CFC level, complemented by several years of experience in a similar position, federal insurance specialist certificate in insurance tout
- Significant experience in the management of insurance policies
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (MS Office)
- Parfaite maîtrise du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
