Gestionnaire Prestations Sinistres (h/f/x)

Job description

We are looking for a Gestionnaire Prestations Sinistres (h/f/x) for our Division Prestations Département P&C in Lausanne, Switzerland. The position is filled at 80-100%.

Tasks

• Gérer les dossiers clients du portefeuille attribué
• Open the files of the registries, ensure the follow-up of the correspondence and manage the telephonic exchanges
• Traiter, suivre et valider les paiements des frais, et compris la prise de décision
• Instruire et suivre les sinistres, tant matériels que corporels
• Analyze the cases and evaluate the responsibilities with regard to the law
• Gérer les recours contre les tiers et en assurer le suivi
• Apply rigorously the general conditions of insurance
• Collaborate closely with the various internal services and partners, as well as providing technical support to the agencies in our network

Requirements

• Training at CFC level, complemented by several years of experience in a similar position, federal insurance specialist certificate in insurance tout
• Significant experience in the management of insurance policies
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (MS Office)
• Parfaite maîtrise du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
