Claims Manager – Civil Liability and Water Damage (m/f/x)

Tasks

The tasks that await you:

• Manage the files in the assigned portfolio:
• Open the files of the registries, ensure the follow-up of the correspondence and manage the telephonic exchanges
• Traiter, suivre et valider les paiements des frais, y compris la prise de décision
• Instruire et suivre les sinistres, tant matériels que corporels
• Analyze the causes and assess responsibilities in accordance with the law
• Gérer les recours contre les tiers et en assurer le suivi
• Strictly apply the general terms and conditions of partner insurance policies and provide technical support to agencies in our network.

Requirements

What makes you unique:

• CFC qualification, supplemented by several years of experience in a similar position, federal insurance specialist certificate
• Significant experience in the management of insurance policies
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (MS Office)
• Parfaite maîtrise du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
