Claims Manager – Civil Liability and Water Damage (m/f/x) – 80–100%

Tasks

• Manage the files in the assigned portfolio:
• Open the files of the registries, ensure the follow-up of the correspondence and manage the telephonic exchanges
• Traiter, suivre et valider les paiements des frais, y compris la prise de décision
• Instruire et suivre les sinistres, tant matériels que corporels
• Analyze the cases and evaluate the responsibilities with regard to the law
• Gérer les recours contre les tiers et en assurer le suivi
• Apply rigorously the general conditions of insurance
• Collaborate closely with the various internal services and partners, as well as providing technical support to the agencies in our network

Requirements

• Training at CFC level, supplemented by several years of experience in a similar position, federal insurance specialist certificate at a high level
• Significant experience in the management of insurance policies
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (MS Office)
• Parfaite maîtrise du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
• Able to work independently while enjoying teamwork, resistant to stress, and comfortable with interpersonal contact
