Claims Manager – Civil Liability and Water Damage (m/f/x)

Tasks

The tasks that await you:

• Manage the files in the assigned portfolio
• Open the files of the registries, ensure the follow-up of the correspondence and manage the telephonic exchanges
• Process, track, and validate payments, including decision-making
• Instruire et suivre les sinistres, tant matériels que corporels
• Analyze the cases and evaluate the responsibilities with regard to the law
• Gérer les recours contre les tiers et en assurer le suivi
• Strictly apply the general terms and conditions of insurance

Requirements

What makes you unique:

• Level CFC qualification, supplemented by several years of experience in a similar position, federal insurance specialist certificate an advantage
• Significant experience in the management of insurance policies
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (MS Office)
• Perfect command of French, both spoken and written
