The position of "Gestionnaire prévoyance individuelle" at the Walliser Kantonalbank in Sion involves the management of individual pension dossiers for clients as well as the management of client accounts and bancassurance contracts. The job holder will also work with external partners and contribute to the operational management of savings and transition accounts.
Job description: Gestionnaire Prévoyance Individuelle
Tasks
- Management of prévoyance dossiers for our clients (e.g. access to property, disability, stay abroad, repurchase of contribution years)
- Administration of customer accounts (Epargne 3 and Libre Passage) and bancassurance contracts under own responsibility
- Regular exchange with external partners (e.g. prevention institutions, guarantee funds, auditing bodies, supervisory authorities)
- Operational management of Epargne 3 and Libre Passage funds and preparation of annual reports
- Ensuring quality and speed in the processing of dossiers
- Supporting internal and external customers by providing useful information
Requirements
- Commercial training with specialization and experience in the area of individual prevention, certificate or diploma an advantage
- Good knowledge of German
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently
- High demands on quality and precision of work
- Pragmatic and rigorous way of working with constructive suggestions for improvement
