Tasks
- manage the department responsible for investigating payment transaction operations (6 people)
- check daily work and prepare reports related to the activity
- supervise all complex and contentious research files
- ensure control of operational risks and analyze control indicators
- improve treatment processes
- coordinate with the bank's main entities in relation to the activity
Requirements
- proven experience in the banking sector
- very good knowledge of payment transactions
- experience in team management in all areas
- keen sense of initiative, autonomy, and rigor
- Excellent command of French, good knowledge of English, ideally German
