Research manager - head of departmentTasks
- manage the department responsible for investigating payment transaction operations (6 people),
- check daily work and prepare reports related to the activity,
- supervise all complex and contentious research files,
- ensure operational risk management and analyze control indicators,
- improve treatment processes,
- Ensure coordination with the bank's main entities in relation to the activity.
Requirements
- proven experience in the banking sector,
- very good knowledge of payment transactions,
- Experience in team management is an asset.
- keen sense of initiative, autonomy, and rigor,
- Excellent command of French, good knowledge of English, ideally German.
