Human Resources Manager - 80%
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise is seeking a Human Resources Administrator (80%) for its Human Resources Department to handle administrative tasks such as personnel administration, employee life cycle events, and process optimization. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in managing HR processes and holds a CFC diploma in business administration as well as a certificate in human resources management.
Tasks
Your main responsibilities:- Handle all administrative tasks related to the hiring, transfers, and departures of employees in accordance with the bank’s current procedures and guidelines,
- Manage the administration of employee life events (births, marriages, employment certificates, unpaid leave, raises, etc.) by advising and supporting the various stakeholders (employees, managers, etc.),
- Manage various monthly or annual procedures (anniversaries, transfer of seniority, maintaining signatures with the RC and Signatur.net, summer internships, etc.),
- Help organize various events (anniversaries, JOM, etc.),
- Ensure that all processes (checklists) are kept up to date by suggesting improvements,
- Advise and assist internal and external clients by handling all routine requests and taking a proactive approach.
Requirements
Your profile:- Commercial Employee CFC, supplemented by the HR Manager Certificate,
- At least 3 years of experience in managing HR administrative processes,
- Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Excel,
- A strong interest in administrative tasks and processes, attention to detail, a commitment to service and organizational skills,
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others,
- Excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
