Vaudoise, a leading Swiss insurer, is looking for a bilingual account manager (German/French) for its Epona department, which supports customers with insurance services for animals. The main tasks include processing customer inquiries, managing claims, and communicating with customers and veterinarians.

Job description

Tasks

  • Responding to customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Performing tasks related to claims for our insured persons within the scope of specific competencies and processes
  • Receiving and analyzing damage claims by mail and entering them into the system
  • Analyzing and explaining invoices to customers by email or phone
  • Contacting veterinarians to supplement damage reports
  • Correspondence in German and French by mail, email, or phone
  • Administration of other various tasks

Requirements

  • Very good command of computer tools
  • Perfect command of German - spoken and written (native German or Swiss German required)
  • Good command of French
  • Accuracy, precision, responsibility, autonomy, and team spirit are skills that describe you and contribute to the high quality of service we provide to our customers.
  • Thanks to your service and customer focus, you handle inquiries from your conversation partners competently and politely.
