The main tasks include processing customer inquiries, managing claims, and communicating with customers and veterinarians.

Tasks
- Responding to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Performing tasks related to claims for our insured persons within the scope of specific competencies and processes
- Receiving and analyzing damage claims by mail and entering them into the system
- Analyzing and explaining invoices to customers by email or phone
- Contacting veterinarians to supplement damage reports
- Correspondence in German and French by mail, email, or phone
- Administration of other various tasks
Requirements
- Very good command of computer tools
- Perfect command of German - spoken and written (native German or Swiss German required)
- Good command of French
