Vaudoise is looking for a bilingual Customer Service Manager (80-100%) who is fluent in German and French to support its customers in the area of pet insurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, claims, and correspondence.

Bilingual German/French Customer Service Manager (m/f/x) - 80-100%Tasks
- Respond to customer requests by phone and email
- Performing tasks related to claims services for our policyholders within the scope of specific competencies and processes
- Receive and analyze claims received by mail and open them in the system.
- Analyze and explain statements to customers by email or phone
- Contact veterinarians to complete the claim files.
- Various correspondence in German and French by mail, email, or telephone
- Management of other miscellaneous tasks
Requirements
- Very good command of computer tools
- Perfect command of German - spoken and written (native German/Swiss German required)
- Good command of French
