Job description

The Securities and Transfers Department is responsible for managing the bank's securities reference system and handling the delivery, receipt, and payment of securities. To complete this team, we are looking for a Specialist Securities and Transfers Manager.

Tasks

The main tasks include:

• Execution of all steps related to securities transactions, deposits, and securities transfers with cash payments. Analysis and control of securities data, in particular market values.
• Handling complex and unusual operations within your own area of responsibility. Managing open issues and conducting research with counterparties.
• Proposing solutions and responding to inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Participation in the implementation of adjustments to IT systems (in particular through specialist tests).
• Participation in the development of new processes (including the formulation of requirements) and in the creation and updating of work instructions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Banking education.
• Experience in the field of securities and securities transfers with cash payments.
• Excellent knowledge of interbank messaging (SWIFT) and the SIX ID portal.
• Organizational skills, adaptability, and team spirit.
• Accuracy, diligence, proactivity, and attention to detail.
• Fluent French, good English skills (level B2). German is an advantage.
