Compliance Support Manager
BCV is seeking a Compliance Support Manager who will be responsible for risk management, KYC checks, and compliance with tax regulations in the retail and corporate sectors. The position requires experience in banking risk management as well as excellent proficiency in French and English (C1).
Vos missions principales
- Contribute to managing compliance risks by performing AML/CFT due diligence tasks related to onboarding, monitoring, and transaction review for retail clients
- Ensure that all requests for clarification regarding information systems (KYC and unusual transactions) from corporate and retail customers are handled
- Ensure that our department handles all requests for clarification—particularly those from the Compliance department regarding retail customers—
- Monitor the Bank's regulatory requirements regarding tax compliance, in particular through the use of workflows
Votre profil
- Proven experience in banking risk management
- Focus on results, independence and organizational discipline, analytical and synthesis skills, and proficiency in writing and interpersonal communication
- Fluency in French and English (minimum C1 level); any other language is a plus
