Your tasks

• Needs-oriented advice and independent, conclusive and results-oriented support for customers
• Independent establishment, maintenance and further development of long-term customer relationships with commercial customers
• Active acquisition of new business and new customer relationships as part of our strategy as well as targeted development of existing customer portfolios
• Structured analysis and evaluation of financing options and development of innovative credit and financing structures
• Secure compliance with and implementation of our business and credit policy

Our requirements

• Completed commercial training, banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
• Several years of banking and professional experience in the credit and commercial customer sector (SMEs, credit customers, succession) or equivalent experience
• Very good analytical and business management skills
• Very good analytical and assessment skills as well as experience in the further training of specialists and managers; train is desirable
• Sound and in-depth knowledge of commercial and accounting (esp. commercial)
• Good knowledge in the areas of basic, investment and pension provision
• Very good, stylistically confident, written and oral expression; other language skills an advantage
