As a Commercial Customer Advisor - Senior, you will be responsible for providing needs-oriented advice and support to commercial customers and developing long-term customer relationships. Your tasks will also include acquiring new customers and analyzing financing solutions.

Your tasks
- Needs-oriented advice and independent, conclusive and results-oriented support for customers
- Independent establishment, maintenance and further development of long-term customer relationships with commercial customers
- Active acquisition of new customers and winning new customers as part of our strategy as well as targeted development of existing customer portfolios
- Structured analysis and evaluation of financing solutions including credit and liability structure
- Secure compliance with and implementation of our business and credit policy
- Close cooperation with internal specialists and staff departments to find the optimum customer solution
Our requirements
- Completed commercial training, banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
- Several years of banking and professional experience in the lending business (SMEs, corporate clients, asset management, credit and securities) or equivalent training (business specialist IHK, FH, university)
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills
- Very good knowledge of advising SMEs and private clients
- Sound and in-depth knowledge of commercial and mortgage law (especially loans)
- Good knowledge of Basel, investments and pensions
- Very good language skills: stylistically confident, written, good expression, other language skills an advantage
