Job description: Commercial Customer Advisor - Senior

Your tasks

• Needs-oriented advice and independent, conclusive and results-oriented support for customers
• Independent establishment, maintenance and further development of long-term customer relationships and contacts with commercial enterprises
• Active acquisition of new customers as part of our strategy and targeted development of existing customer portfolios
• Structured analysis and evaluation of financing requirements including credit and refinancing and structuring
• Secure compliance with and implementation of our business and credit policy
• Close cooperation with internal specialists and staff, specialists and partner companies to find the optimum customer solution

Our requirements

• Completed commercial training, banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
• Several years of banking or professional experience in the lending business (SMEs, mortgages, securities) and/or equivalent experience
• Very good analytical, conceptual and economic knowledge
• Very good knowledge of Excel, other language skills an advantage
• Sound and in-depth knowledge of commercial and mortgage law (e.g. BankG, SchKG, StGB)
• Good knowledge in the areas of basic, special and preventive insurance
• Very good and open communication and cooperation skills, stylistically confident, active and dialect-friendly expression
