Commercial customer advisor - Senior

Your tasks

• Needs-based support as well as independent, conclusive and results-oriented customer care
• Independent establishment, maintenance and further development of long-term customer relationships with commercial customers
• Active acquisition of new customers and new business as part of our strategy as well as targeted development of existing customer portfolios
• Structured analysis and evaluation of financing solutions as well as active loan preparation and structuring
• Secure initiation and implementation of our business and credit acquisitions
• Close cooperation with internal specialists and staff departments to find the optimum customer solution

Our requirements

• Completed commercial training, banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
• Several years of banking and professional experience in the lending business (SMEs, corporate clients) and/or equivalent experience
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills and knowledge of economics
• Very good knowledge of Excel, other language skills an advantage
• Sound and in-depth knowledge of the commercial and mortgage business (ideal: businessman)
• Good knowledge in the areas of basic, investment and pension provision
• Very good, stylistic expression; good knowledge of English, other languages an advantage
