Global BCM Officer (Full-Time) (f/m/d)
The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Global BCM Officer (full-time position) who will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and further developing business continuity management standards and systems. The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills, strong communication skills, and experience in business continuity management.
Tasks
Implementation, monitoring, and further development of globally applicable BCM standards and systems.- Reviewing and ensuring the completeness, appropriateness, and consistency of BCM documentation for each location or organizational unit
- Planning, conducting, and evaluating BCM training sessions, drills, and tests
- Assistance with internal reporting, controlling activities, and internal and external audits in the context of BCM
- Support in developing and implementing an operational resilience framework
Requirements
- Analytical thinking and the ability to critically evaluate existing processes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with GRC tools is a plus
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Demonstrable knowledge and practical experience in business continuity management
