Global BCM Officer (Full-Time) (f/m/d)
The Global BCM Officer is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and further developing business continuity management standards and systems at Julius Baer. The position requires analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and experience in business continuity management.
Tasks
- Implementation, monitoring, and further development of globally applicable BCM standards and systems
- Reviewing and ensuring the completeness, appropriateness, and consistency of BCM documentation for each location or organizational unit
- Planning, conducting, and evaluating BCM training sessions (virtual and on-site)

Vocational and Technical Qualifications
- Banking apprenticeship or bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience (finance, insurance, consulting)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with GRC tools is a plus
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Demonstrable knowledge and practical experience in business continuity management
