Global BCM Officer (Full-Time) (f/m/d)
The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Global BCM Officer who will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and further developing business continuity management standards and systems. The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills, strong communication skills, and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector.
Job description
Implementation, monitoring, and further development of globally applicable BCM standards and systems.Tasks
- Reviewing and ensuring the completeness, appropriateness, and consistency of BCM documentation for each location or organizational unit
- Planning, conducting, and evaluating BCM training sessions (gathering input)

Vocational and Technical Qualifications
- Banking apprenticeship or bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience (finance, insurance, consulting)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with GRC tools is a plus
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Demonstrable knowledge and practical experience in business continuity management
