Tasks

• Developing and establishing new market models, and creating innovative solutions in the areas of asset management and financial infrastructure that help drive and shape the industry.

• Developing and delivering innovative software solutions to enhance the customer experience and promote global technical excellence.
• Execute complex software solution projects, supervise multiple software developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, proven, architecturally sound, and highly scalable solutions by leading the analysis and system design phases and overseeing the development of applications that enhance the client’s infrastructure and drive business growth.
• Exploring models and techniques for developing and executing forecasts, with the ability to formulate concise recommendations on investment strategies and opportunities for our global clients in collaboration with the management team.
• Development and maintenance of a high-level overview of complex systems, applications, and software to ensure high effectiveness, efficiency, and quality in long-term support and design.
• Work with our commercial or corporate banking clients by managing a high-quality customer service delivery network and collaborating with internal teams to build strategic business relationships.
• Provide administrative support to a small team of senior associates; coordinate or lead efforts to manage engagements and client issues, and ensure that client needs are met.
• Overseeing customer service operations and managing the delivery of end-to-end customer service solutions, as well as providing recommendations for process and system improvements.
• Work as an integral part of fast-paced, agile teams focused on product development and the growth of core-to-advanced applications, cloud, and native data platforms.

Requirements

• Financing professionals with prior corporate banking experience in Japan and a minimum of two programs under their belt.
• A finance professional with prior corporate banking experience in a leadership role to support a team or a member of a team.
• Seeking an expert in contracts and administration with in-depth knowledge of the treasury management market and extensive experience in core-to-cloud, as a cornerstone of our product roadmap.
