Global Corporate Banking - Mid-Cap Executive Director
JPMorganChase is seeking an experienced Executive Director for its mid-cap team in Zurich, who will be responsible for managing client relationships with companies with revenues in excess of $500 million. The Executive Director will coordinate sales and service efforts, manage complex client relationships, and identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Job Summary
As an Executive Director in the Switzerland Mid-Cap team, you will support relationships with public and private companies with revenues of $500 million and above. This group offers traditional corporate banking products as well as investment banking products. Our business partners include product specialists from the areas of Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, M&A, Treasury Services, Corporate Derivatives, and Private Banking.Job Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities for a wide range of financial products and services - Manage complex, multi-product client relationships as the primary relationship manager - Coordinate the sales and service efforts of multiple internal business partners - Proactively cover clients and prospects; Represent Global Corporate Banking Mid-Cap in the local banking and business community and develop a network of referral sources - Collaborate with the credit underwriting team in analyzing, structuring, negotiating, and documenting credit requests - Initiate and maintain strategic dialogues with customers and prospects to generate ongoing corporate finance, treasury service, and credit opportunities - Strictly adhere to all regulatory and JPMC rules, policies, and proceduresRequirements
- Previous experience in corporate banking and/or investment banking, ideally in a coverage role, in the Swiss market - Candidate must be a top individual contributor with a strong track record - Demonstrates an outstanding ability to manage and influence stakeholder relationships at all levels, with a particular focus on senior management - Relevant experience in executing commercial banking/investment banking/capital markets products in a leadership position - Strong work ethic and self-starter who can work independently and as part of a larger team - Ability to adapt under high pressure and challenging situations - Demonstrates exceptional presentation skills and strong client skills - Proven ability to execute strategic and proactive leadership - Profound, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify business trends and pursue a business approach - Demonstrates the ability to execute and pursue a high number of competing priorities within strict deadlines - Enthusiastic about taking on new and challenging tasks in a dynamic environment - Fluent in English, German, and/or FrenchWe offer
