Global Corporate Banking - Mid-Cap Executive Director
As an Executive Director on the Mid-Cap team at JPMorgan Chase in Zurich, you will be responsible for managing relationships with companies that have revenues of $500 million or more. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing complex client relationships, and coordinating sales and service efforts.
Job Summary
As an Executive Director in the Switzerland Mid-Cap team, you will support relationships with public and private companies with revenues of $500 million and above. This group offers traditional corporate banking products as well as investment banking products. Our business partners include product specialists from the areas of Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, M&A, Treasury Services, Corporate Derivatives, and Private Banking.Job Responsibilities
- Identify, track, and close sales opportunities for a wide range of financial products and services - Manage complex, multi-product client relationships as the primary relationship manager - Coordinate the sales and service efforts of multiple internal business partners - Proactively engage with clients and prospects; Representing Global Corporate Banking Mid-Cap within the local banking and business community and developing a network of referral sources - Collaborating with the credit underwriting team to analyze, structure, negotiate, and document credit inquiries - Initiate and maintain strategic dialogues with clients and prospects to generate ongoing corporate finance, treasury service, and credit opportunities - Strictly adhere to all regulatory and JPMC rules, policies, and proceduresRequirements
- Previous experience in corporate banking and/or investment banking, ideally in a client-facing role, within the Swiss market - The candidate must be a top individual contributor with a strong track record of performance - Demonstrates an outstanding ability to manage and influence stakeholder relationships at all levels, with a particular focus on senior management - Relevant execution experience with commercial banking, investment banking, and capital markets products in a leadership role - Strong work ethic and a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a larger team - Ability to adapt under high pressure and in challenging situations - Demonstrates exceptional presentation skills and strong client-facing abilities - Proven ability to provide strategic and proactive leadership - Deep analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business trends and drive a business strategy - Demonstrates the ability to execute and drive a high volume of competing priorities within tight deadlines - Enthusiastic about taking on new and challenging tasks in a dynamic environment - Fluent in English, German, and/or FrenchWe offer
