Global Director - Vulnerability Management & Security Configuration

Tasks

• Defining and leading the global strategy for vulnerability management and security configurations across business units, jurisdictions, regions, and regulatory environments.
• Develop a long-term roadmap for further development, including:
  • Automation of Remediation
  • Detection via Threat Intelligence
  • Step-by-Step Decisions and Goals for Exposure Risk
• Definition and implementation of a global vulnerability management program, including:
  • Discovery, Prioritization, Remediation, and Governance
  • Monitoring existing vulnerability management tools in a standardized manner
  • Technical Expertise in Identifying Threat Transformations
  • Threat Detection and Vulnerability
  • Asset Criticality and Service Exposure
  • Influencing company-wide policies and remediation standards
• Definition and enforcement of enterprise hardening baselines.
• Promotion of governance, including segregation settings and SLA enforcement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cybersecurity with in-depth expertise in vulnerability management and security engineering.
• Demonstrable experience leading or implementing executive programs.
• Strong background knowledge in:
  • Enterprise-Level Asset Security
  • Configuration Management and Hardening
  • Orchestration for Exposure Remediation
• A proven track record in supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree.
• A work permit in Ireland at the time of application and for the duration of employment.
