Global Financial Accounting – Business Analyst (Full-Time)

Tasks

- Analyze and document business requirements related to SAP financial processes - Support the implementation and optimization of SAP solutions - Promote process improvements and standardization within the finance functions - Contribute to the SAP S/4HANA transformation and future initiatives

Responsibilities

- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements - Translating business requirements into SAP financial solution designs and specifications - Conducting process and gap analyses and recommending improvements - Coordinating and supporting testing activities, including troubleshooting - Collaborating with business partners, SAP consultants, and project teams throughout the entire project cycle

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to break down complex solutions into compelling narratives - Good understanding of key business processes related to accounting, data flows, interfaces, and associated configuration within SAP - Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented attitude

Your profile

- Education: Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, information technology, or related fields - Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst or SAP financial consultant
