Global Financial Accounting – Business Analyst (Full-Time)

Tasks

• Analysis and Documentation of Business Requirements Related to SAP Financial Processes
• Support for the implementation and optimization of SAP solutions
• Implementation of process improvements and standardization in the finance functions
• Contributing to the SAP S/4HANA transformation and future initiatives

Responsibilities

• Collecting, Analyzing, and Documenting Business and Functional Requirements
• Translation of Business Requirements into SAP Financial Solution Designs and Specifications
• Conducting process and gap analyses and recommending improvements
• Coordinate and support testing activities, including troubleshooting
• Collaboration with business partners, SAP consultants, and project teams throughout the entire project cycle

Requirements

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex solutions into compelling narratives
• Strong understanding of key business processes related to accounting, data flows, interfaces, and associated configuration in SAP
• A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented attitude

Your profile

• Education: Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, information technology, or related fields
• Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst or SAP financial consultant
