Global Financial Accounting – Business Analyst (Full-Time)

Tasks

• Analyzing and documenting business requirements related to SAP financial processes
• Support for the implementation and optimization of SAP solutions
• Driving process improvements and standardization in the finance department
• Contributing to the SAP S/4HANA transformation and future initiatives

Responsibilities

• Collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and functional requirements
• Translating Business Requirements into SAP Financial Solution Designs and Specifications
• Conducting process and gap analyses and recommending improvements
• Coordinate and support testing activities, including troubleshooting
• Collaboration with business partners, SAP consultants, and project teams throughout the entire project cycle

Requirements

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex solutions into compelling narratives
• A strong understanding of key business processes related to accounting, data flow, interfaces, and associated configuration within SAP
• A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented attitude

Your profile

• Education: Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, information technology, or related fields
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst or SAP financial consultant. Experience in a banking environment is a plus
• Platform: Strong knowledge of SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA financial processes
