Global Financial Accounting – Business Analyst (Full-Time)
The Julius Baer Group is seeking an experienced business analyst to lead the design, customization, and optimization of financial accounting processes and to translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience as a business analyst or SAP Finance consultant and has a good understanding of SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA finance processes.
Tasks
- Analyzing and documenting business requirements related to SAP financial processes
- Support for the implementation and optimization of SAP solutions
- Driving process improvements and standardization in the finance department
- Contributing to the SAP S/4HANA transformation and future initiatives
Responsibilities
- Collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and functional requirements
- Translating Business Requirements into SAP Financial Solution Designs and Specifications
- Conducting process and gap analyses and recommending improvements
- Coordinate and support testing activities, including troubleshooting
- Collaboration with business partners, SAP consultants, and project teams throughout the entire project cycle

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex solutions into compelling narratives
- A strong understanding of key business processes related to accounting, data flow, interfaces, and associated configuration within SAP
- A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented attitude
Your profile
- Education: Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, information technology, or related fields
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst or SAP financial consultant. Experience in a banking environment is a plus
- Platform: Strong knowledge of SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA financial processes
