Global Financial Accounting – Business Analyst (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements related to accounting and finance processes
• Support the implementation and optimization of SAP solutions
• Drive process improvements and standardization across finance functions
• Contribute to the SAP S/4HANA transformation and related future initiatives
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into SAP finance solution designs and specifications
• Conduct process and gap analyses and recommend improvements
• Coordinate and support testing activities, including defect resolution
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP consultants, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle

Your Profile

• Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Soft Skills: Fluent in English and/or German (written and spoken), strong communication skills, high motivation and drive to get things done, a hands-on approach and entrepreneurial spirit, high flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, a good team player with a drive to contribute throughout the project lifecycle
