Global Financial Accounting – Business Analyst (Full-Time)

Tasks

• Analysis and Documentation of Business Requirements Related to SAP Financial Processes
• Support for the implementation and optimization of SAP solutions
• Promoting process improvements and standardization across financial functions
• Contribution to the SAP S/4HANA Transformation and Related Future Initiatives
• Collection, Analysis, and Documentation of Business and Functional Requirements
• Translation of Business Requirements into SAP Financial Solution Designs and Specifications
• Conducting process and gap analyses and recommending improvements
• Coordination and support of testing activities, including troubleshooting
• Collaboration with business partners, SAP consultants, and project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle

Profile

• Education: Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, information technology, or a related field
• Business and Technology Experience: In-depth knowledge of financial accounting processes and reporting, particularly in a wealth management or banking environment
• SAP Solutions: Proven hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO and related modules; in-depth understanding of SAP solution architecture and integration concepts; ability to configure complex Fiori app solutions; experience with SAP S/4HANA or comparable solutions is a plus
• Soft Skills: Fluency in English and/or German (written and spoken), strong communication skills, high ethical standards, customer focus, analytical approach, sense of responsibility, motivation and drive to get things done, hands-on mentality, and entrepreneurial spirit
